Handled with care.
This notice explains the information collected through the Vardane Energy website, a developing project operated by Leon Kennedy. Contact: leoninnovates@gmail.com.
When you contact us
We receive the name, email address, audience type, country, optional company and message you submit. We use this information to respond and discuss your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive system information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information for our legitimate interest in responding to requests and developing relevant business relationships. Where your request involves steps towards a service agreement, we may also use it to take those steps at your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and storage
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process technical information such as IP addresses for hosting, security and spam prevention. Enquiries may also be handled through our email provider. Provider processing may take place outside the EEA under the provider’s applicable safeguards. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry details while needed to respond and manage the related conversation, then review whether they are still needed. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry and the service providers needed to operate the website and email. We do not sell enquiry data.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not include advertising trackers or a separate visitor analytics service. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information. The assistant demonstration runs in your browser and does not send questions to an AI service.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing the address above. Applicable rights can depend on the circumstances. You may raise a concern with your data protection authority, including Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
